By accessing or using the Ultimate Image Auto website (the “Site”), or by providing your contact information to Ultimate Image Auto, Inc. (“Ultimate Image Auto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website forms, phone, text message, chat, or any other communication channel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide your information to us.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. When you opt in to receive text messages from Ultimate Image Auto, you consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Ultimate Image Auto related to your inquiry and your relationship with our dealership. Messages may include responses to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle availability and pricing information, financing and credit application updates, sales and service communications, account or transaction updates, customer care messages, and, where you have agreed to receive them, promotional and marketing offers.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive will depend on your inquiry and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product, or service from Ultimate Image Auto.
How to opt out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability.

Consent to Communications

Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and messaging consent, will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to operate and deliver the messaging program you opted in to. We may share this information with vendors that help us send messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging platform provider), solely for that purpose.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the vehicle inventory, pricing, photos, and descriptions on the Site accurate and current. However, inventory changes frequently and errors can occur. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Prices, payments, and offers displayed on the Site do not include tax, title, tag, registration, dealer fees, or other applicable charges unless expressly stated, and are subject to change without notice. Financing and credit approval are subject to lender approval. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, our messaging program, or these Terms is subject to the Initial Dispute Resolution Procedure, Arbitration Agreement, and Class Action Waiver set out in our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Ultimate Image Auto may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
